Hotel chain Premier hotels and resorts

I stayed here two days and was amazed by the level of comfort and service which is almost 'Asian' standard. Great spa and gym facilities on the 11th floor. Rooms are very good and hotel offers several restaurants and a sky bar with super staff. Will definitely come back here.

A great hotel to visit.One of the best hotels in Kharkov. Staff are attentive and helpful. A lot of services inside the hotel that will save you time. Hotel located in the center, which is quite important with the unusual infrastructure of Kharkov.

That's the best hotel of Kharkiv definitely. Everything are not so perfect and unique especially if comparing with the best hotels in Europe BUT for Kharkiv - this level is really TOP

The only thing wrong I saw was a security guard a worrying a bout a guest in the hotel touching a table with his foot the watching for anybody from the street coming in and cause problems. other then that everything was great! Thank you

Lovely hotel. Good location. Spacious well appointed rooms. Much superior to their sister hotel in Kiev and much more modern|Most of staff spoke English fairly well other than the cook in the breakfast buffet. Ok well one complaint. The piano player in lobby bar was so loud made it impossible to rest, think or nap in late afternoon or early evening. |

Ive been staying at Kharkiv Palace during my trips to Kharkiv for the past 5 years. Every year the service has gotten better and better. The hotel and restaurant staff are exceptional. Special thanks to the Sky Lounge staff for such great hospitality.

Very good located, nice designed lobby and rooms, well trained and very supportive stuff. At the restaurant on 4 floor serving testy meal, very convenient room, but is to expensive for Ukrainian people

Best 5 star hotel in Kharkiv center but prices are extremely high comparing to 4 star boutique hotels...

Dit hotel is zeer goed gelegen nabij het freedomsquare. Kamers zijn zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Faciliteiten binnen de kamer zijn goed. Er zijn evenwel een aantal zaken die beter kunnen: zo werd al eens vergeten om de shampoo flesjes aan te vullen, was de douche niet altijd even grondig gepoetst, lagen er nog haren van de vorige gasten...||Eten en drinken kan je doen in de Skylounge. Ruime keuze aan gerechten en dranken. Bediening beetje over the top, maar professioneel en vriendelijk.

This is a hotel that is located centrally near some great restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is clean, has a very nice staff, and has a nice restaurant, cafe upstairs, as well as a bar on the top. It is about a 15 min ride from the airport.
