This hotel is located to many places I wanted to see. Freedom Square, Gorky Park and other sites. The staff was helpful and always available to provide assistance. There is a Spa, pool and gym sharing the top floor with a top level restaurant that has great views of the city.||The room was immaculate and updated with all amenities. This hotel is only about 4 or 5 years old, but it looks brand new. ||The grill restaurant has good views of Freedom Square and city lights.

The Sky bar serves up delicious Asian themed food with stellar views and music. There was a very good jazz combo playing in the lobby one afternoon. Yes you can pay less in Kharkiv, but considering the very affordable, by US standards, rates at the Palace, I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else. True Luxury at bargain prices.

This is my usual hotel choice for Kharkov visits. ||Check-in friendly and efficient and presented with a voucher for free business lunch as I didn't take breakfast on my departure day during my last visit. ||Room on the 10th (executive) floor was the same high standard as other rooms I have stayed in the same hotel. Welcome back letter, fruit bowl and cake/biscuit selection were another nice touch from the guest services team. ||Everything about the hotel is comfortable and I look forward to my next visit in a few months time. |
