Opening of the "Winter Country" at VDNKh
On December 16, the official opening of the winter amusement park "Winter Country" at VDNKh took place.
The following locations operate in the park:
- Ice sculpture castle - visitors will see a large dragon made of colorful ice, other fairy-tale characters and a 25-meter ice slide.
- Warm food court "Bavarskiy Dvor" - here you can drink aromatic mulled wine or have a snack with hot German sausages with beer.
- Gallery-exhibition of 3D-paintings - a special exhibition of illusions, which consists of three-dimensional paintings.
- Exhibition "Living Dinosaurs" - an exposition of dinosaurs, made in full growth. They move and growl, reproducing the behavior of the ancient creatures that once inhabited our planet.
- Warm fairs "Corporation of gifts" - here you can find a gift for any significant date of winter: sparklers, New Year's gifts, children's toys, sweets and much more.
- Spherical cinema "TELEPORT360" - a special projection system allows you to create an image in such a way as to surround the viewer with video 360 degrees.
- Contact zoo "Animal Park" - here you can not only look at exotic animals, but pet and feed them with special food.
- Showroom "W8Less" is a place where children can make toys for the Christmas tree on their own, and their parents can choose the perfect outfit for the New Year holidays and choose gifts for family and friends.
- “Planet of metelikiv. Tropichna Farm ”is a zone where you can learn a lot of new and interesting things about the life of beautiful tropical insects and take a picture with a butterfly on your shoulder.
- "Land of Robots II" - a zone of exposition of robots, flight simulators and drone shows.
- Park swing from "Three Wedmed" - 45 completely free swings.
- "Sky Park" - an unusual winter entertainment, where you can walk in the trees.
The entrance to the winter amusement park is free. You can visit for free entertainment shows near the Christmas tree, a large warm fair "Corporation of Gifts", a summer art pavilion, a showroom of Ukrainian designers, photo zones and food courts.
There is a paid entrance to other locations. It will be possible to buy tickets on the spot only by credit card.
