About company Hot pot

«Hot Pot» is the first and only restaurant in Ukraine named after a traditional dish from the Chinese province of Sichuan. In English «Hot Pot» means «Hot Pot».

The uniqueness of the establishment lies in the fact that the guest can cook a hotpot right at his table, which has a built-in oven and a pot for cooking broths. An extractor hood is located above each table to help avoid intense food odors. It all starts with a selection of broths, Hot Pot has spicy Sichuan, soft milky mushroom and classic duck. Each broth is boiled in advance for 4-5 hours from many Chinese spices, passing through several stages of infusion. Next, you select the various components of the side dish and the main one that will be added to the broth.

Hotpots are so popular among locals in China that 3-4 hotpots can enter at once only in one block, which prepare various dishes on fish, tomato, vegetable, coconut and other broths.
