Номера чистые,также как и территория,но за такие деньги по-другому и быть не может. Обслуживание зависит от смены,есть хорошие ребята,есть очень хамовитые. Питание это вообще боль этого заведения, меню завтрака меняется через день и в один из них сардели с не очищеной оболочкой,в другой несъедобные сосиски,переваренные макаронные изделия,ужасный чёрствый хлеб, кофемашина с возможностью выбрать только эспрессо и американо, в общем за такие деньги можно было бы придумать меню поразнообразнее. Далее прием пищи в течении дня, для этого есть только один вариант на территории это итальянский ресторан из которого вам также могут принести еду в номер или к бассейну (к слову с морской водой). Цены ресторана,как на Мечникова и Васильковской в Киеве, при чем даже не везде так дорого. Готовят вкусно,но за порцию пасты 200 грн.ну это, ребята,перебор также,как и за Цезарь около 10 евро. Но самый кошмар это качество мобильной связи на территории и интернета. Раньше данные функции были не нужны,но сегодня в век диджитализации такое предоставление услуги просто недопустимо, ещё раз подчёркиваю,что за такие деньги,как здесь с вас берут. Хочется верить,что когда-то мы сможем конкурировать с мировыми курортами,но пока нам до них ох как далеко и точно основная причина это человеческий фактор.
