Great places for coffee and a nice stroll. Not a large park, but very lively with lots of things to see. Great place to people watch.

This is one of the nicest parks in the city. Always has something interesting, music, outdoor movies, Latin music dancing, and much more.

Parkom sme prechádzali na potulkách Kyjevom . Boli sme v Kyjeve na jeseň bolo prekrásne ešte teplé jesenné počasie. Je to veľmi pekné miesto na oddych , prechádzky a relaxáciu.

Shevchenko Park was a beautiful park my twin brother Stephen and I visited a couple of times on our eight days holiday to Kiev, a park that was fun to visit. We were here over the Christmas period so there was an absolutely fantastic Christmas market here that was a very busy and bustling Christmas market indeed. Throughout the park there's plenty of bench seating to relax on ,take in the beauty of the park,there's a couple of cafe's in the park ,a fantastic statue to Taras Shevchenko ,all around the park is exquisite architecture, it's just such a wonderful park to visit and easy to locate along Tarasa Shevchenko Boulevard. Most definitely well worth checking out if your planning a trip to Kiev.

An excellent place for a walk, there is a restaurant and a playground, coffee and fast food, for lovers.

It’s the most unusual park I was in Kiev! It called the Shevchenko Park and I recommend it to everyone.. There are a lot of students, because there is a university next to it, but the most lovely thing is a chess tournaments! Elderly people are so excitable here! I love that kind of activity, I would do the same when I will be the same age. However, right now I young enough to do more extreme activities as I did last week. I booked a tour from Kyiv military tours and I rode a tank T-34 by myself! It was so exciting I cannot believe I decided to do that.

Really nice park in the city centre -has a really good resteraunt and plenty of coffee/ice cream stands - plenty of seating etc so a nice place to go and chill out when your feet are hurting from all the walking

ここ、公園として憩う以外に、通路としても利用する地元民が多かったですね。私も中央駅近くのホテルに泊まっていたのでよくここを通ったのですが、日中はいいのですが、夜はちょっと怖かったです。

詩人・画家・ウクライナ語文学の始祖・農奴開放運動の尽力者と、ウクライナ貢献者のタラス・シェフチェンコの公園です。隣の大学も、タラス・シェフチェンコ記念キエフ国立大学とあります。リヴィウにも像があり、公園のきれいさ美しさと共に知名度の高い偉人と思いました。

Хоть он и не очень большой, но народу всегда достаточно, в теплое время гола практически всегда заняты все лавочки. Красивый, зеленый, иногда играет живая музыка.
