Понравилось: Понравилось · Yana is a fantastic host - easy to talk to and work with. The location is very quiet and peaceful with a nice park around the corner The apartment is of high-quality with a big, comfortable bed, a large and cozy bathroom and, above all, impeccable cleanliness. There are small grocery stores a half block away and a larger Slipo 15 minutes away. This was one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in. It was perfect in nearly every way. My favorite place in Kyiv.

Понравилось: · The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and we felt very safe walking around at night time in the area. The simple touches Yana made was absolutely lovely- coffee, biscuits etc.. Yana was so helpful and even gave us a phone and a Ukrainian sim card if we needed it as well as being super helpful before and during our trip. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough to anyone- it was perfect!

Понравилось: · It is a great location and value for money. I have paid more to stay at other places and gotten less. Yana is the hostess with the mostest!!!! She is accommodating, caring, and an exceptional communicator!!!! Thanks Yana!!!

Понравилось: · Superb! The apartment was super clean and the host clubland have done anymore. She even left a phone and a Ukrainian SIM in case I didn’t have any data. A mini supermarket over the road, they are open everyday from 08:00. The city is amazing and I would highly recommend Kyiv to anybody. The people are amazing and there is so much history there. 10/10! Will definitely be returning!

Понравилось: · Helpful owner who cares about guests. The apartment is equipped in everything what you need. Definitely I recommend it.

Понравилось: · The property is located within 100 meters from the place I came to see. The host Eugene met us at the airport, drove us back to the airport and stopped by at the bank to get local currency. I couldn't have asked for more service. On top of all, the owner gave us a local phone to use with the SIM card for the smart phone. I inserted it into my phone from France and was using it all the time while in Kiev. The quiet air conditioning gave us very pleasant night sleep. The property is close to major sites of interest, metro and buses that are easy to use from there and when we got tired after Opera house ballet, the taxi ride was about 10 min and cost approximately $10. It would have been even less expensive, if I called local taxi companies or Uber.

Не понравилось: · The courtyard, the entrance door and staircase leading to the apartment are below the quality of the interior space inside the unit, but this seems to be the case everywhere in Kiev.
