Performing Arts Theater PostPlay Theater

прекрасный театр, с иронией с тонким юмором, на злобу дня)

I am traveling here alone and one day came across this organization doing exercise of performance in Kontraktova Square and I joined in which made me really so close to Ukraine cuz I have similar courses in my school. It went without saying that I next joined postplaylab‘ s first event “it’s not an art object” . I have to say it was a incredibly enjoyable and unforgettable memory for me in Kyiv literally. In the beginning as a foreigner speaking different language I was quite awkward and felt uneasy but then everything went beyond my expectation. My role transferred into performer from audience. Cuz I have some experience before , the connection and agreement between Dariia(one of the performers) and me established soon, there was no language barrier anymore , body took place. The nonlinear storytelling was complete spontaneously by us. We communicated through posture motion of bodies, in the meanwhile we conveyed emotions with our eyes. The performers are professional and the space was subtle and effective which both made me totally immersed into the whole performance. Unlike at school, I used to be distracted by the worry of self-image or any other constraint factors. Last but not least , I wish postplaylab all the best years to come . Cuz it’s precious that maybe there is few experimental theater in Kyiv, I can see their passions ,ambitions and devotions.
