The hotel complex "Sun Marina" is located in the center of Genicheskaya Gorka in a green park area of 1.2 hectares in the territory of the former boarding house "Energy". The complex has a swimming pool, parking, a playground and a poolside restaurant with sea views.
On the territory there are three residential buildings and two separate two-story wooden houses with gazebos. The hotel complex has 92 rooms of different categories, two two-story log cabin cottages.
In a separate three-story building with cosmetic repairs, there are two-room family rooms; the rooms have updated bathrooms, furniture and appliances.
Two buildings were reconstructed in 2018 and 2019. All rooms are perfect for a comfortable stay.

Понравилось: Понравилось · The property is located two steps away from the beach. We had our own beach, which was cleaned regularly. The stuff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Our room was a bit small but very comfortable, newly remodeled. Food at the restaurant was very tasty, nice portions.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · We needed to ask a cleaning lady personally to clean our room after two days, they didn’t have a clear schedule about cleaning days.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Чистые номера, свежий ремонт, хорошее белье, белоснежные полотенца. Ухоженная территория, ежедневно убирается. Теплый бассейн. Включены пляжные полотенца. Есть завтрак и обед. Приветливый персонал в корпусе. Возникла проблема, ее очень оперативно решили.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Море очень мелкое, до глубины "по грудь" идти 350 метров. На завтрак и обед нужно постоянно записываться. Порции очень маленькие и не калорийные. Мужчина не наестся. Номер маленький, стандарт. На три человека, двое взрослых и ребенок, негде повернуться. Только спать. Спальное место взрослых - раскладывающийся диван. Спинок нет, подушки падают. Между диваном и кроватью проход буквально 50 см, не разменешься. Почему-то не разрешили сидеть на пуфах на газоне, только на плитке возле бассейна. Хотя это очень логичная пара пуф-газон. Ну и комары. Это птеродактили! Они везде и в любое время суток.
