A restaurant Corassini

Not so easy to find, but for sure worth the search. The menu is of a kind that you would order 3 starters and 3 main dishes. Really a beautiful selection of food. I choose the 3 different tartars of tuna, salmon & shrimps accompanied with lemon butter and 3 slices of very nice bread (slightly toasted) for main course the leg of rabbit, drowned in a delicious cream sauce with morielles, green pea mash finished with rosé peppers. It was a lovely experience! I shall for sure return here.

Вы когда-нибудь слышали про таймлайн выноса блюд и расчета гостей? Сотрудники Corassini, ресторана в центре города,позицианирующие себя как люкс-сегмент, точно про него не слышали! При входе нас предупредили,что все столы на резерве,и предложили занять столик,свободный еще пару часов. При этом никто не сказал,что заказанные нами блюда будут готовится более часа.Напитки, которые должны были принести сразу,шли до нас минут 30,неприятненько. Цены в заведении для города являются выше среднего,но в туалетных кабинках слева не работает замок,а справа вывернута сидушка.Стоит говорить про то,что официант подходил раз в час? Единственное,что действительно порадовало-это кухня,стейки были сочными и желаемой прожарки, овощи свежие и ароматные, соус идеально подходил ко всему! Тем не менее,я не советовала бы данное заведение для посещения-никакая вкусная еда не улучшить испорченное обслуживанием настроение.

I tried the onion soup, it’s tasty but quite hot. I burned my mouth with this soup. Then I ordered pizza with cheese and pears, and it was dry. In that case, I’m not sure I’ll take another one. Service is good enough.

It's wasn't the first time in this restaurant,food is always great but service not! Either no trainings for staff, but they far away from professionals, which is sad, as this restaurant could be as high end, just if the Management will improve service in all levels.

Great food... only, very poor service and communication between sevices staff. The management doesn't know what is client orientation and doesn't invest money in to professional staff trainings.
