A restaurant Holy burger

Посещал неоднократно, более того, каждый раз когда бывал в Киеве за последние пару лет. Кухня на высоте, если конечно вам принесут вовремя и не холодным, или заказ примут не через 15 минут:) Такое впечатление, что звездность персонала в зале как минимум на 3 звезды Мишлен, а гости только из хлева выбрались и стерпят всё:) меняйте персонал или действительно вкусные бургеры уже никто и не захочет

Перчатки к бургерам не подали, пришлось проситьСам бургер(хулихули бургер) был без соуса, только мясо было в каком-то соусе, булки сухие и невкусные. Ну и приборы доставал официант при мне не в перчатках, хвастаюсь за них голыми руками. Зато цена по 300 грн за бургер с такими условиями:)Не рекомендую

Лепешки ротти с хумусом объедение, капуоранж один из лучших в Киеве, рекомендую! Девочки брали бургеры и овощи гриль, все было вкусно. Только расстроило то что лепёшки ротти импортные, тоесть их не готовят в заведении, это минус ((

Официанты на 4 ,была большая загруженность заведения по этому могу понять что медленно реагировали. Заказала стейк ждала 55 минут,я готова ждать такое время если мне принесут идеальной медиум прожарки мясо,но принесли пережаренное сухое мясо. Повара в этом заведении никакие никому не советую это место!

I would like to try this place heard great stories about this place. But when we were entering the girl told us proudly they don’t follow the government rules to check covid certificates and the wearing of masks. Kyiv is currently high in cases and has a high death rate so I think at least following government rules is the least you should do as a popular restaurant. So if you like to gamble with getting covid I can recommend this place otherwise avoid it until they apply government quarantine rules!

Best hamburgers in town!!! Absolutely authentic, they even have jalapeños on the side. Ambiance is nice, drinks are ok but mostly I’m thrilled about the hamburgers… it took me a while but finding this place was true discovery!!! I’m absolutely coming over as much as possible !

The absolute best Rueben pastrami sandwich which you will find probably in all of Eastern Europe. Maybe something in Minsk could compete but this Rueben is way better than anything that Montreal has and supposedly Montreal is foolishly and ignorantly known for smoked meat but all they give you is boiled meat, it’s not smoked meat. Montreal serves corned beef which is boiled meat in all of their so-called specialty Rueben sandwich shops. But Kiev makes a way, way better Rueben sandwich than Montreal, how could that be possible? Surprisingly the hamburgers at Holy Burger are not good. The restaurant is named after burgers that they don’t make well enough to call the restaurant after. Their salmon fillet soup is terrible as well. They cut up the fish in these little cubes, a very stupid move.Go there for only the Rueben sandwich, trust me, try it, it will knock your socks off.

В этом заведении подают самое божественное блюдо из баклажанов, которое я ела в своей жизни — баклажановый мусс с угрём и огурчиками кимчи. Это что-то нереальное. Каждый раз не могу удержаться, чтобы не заказать его. Также отличные коктейли. Бургеры заказывал муж и друзья, норм, но цены как для бургеров под 300 грн, на мой взгляд чересчур. Интерьер симпатичный, обслуживание тоже на уровне.

Ходила в это заведение регулярно каждые выходные с семьей, друзьями на протяжении трех-четырех лет.Впервые это место подкупило не едой, а именно сервисом и отношением официантов, которые работали у вас по году-два. Это был уникальный состав.Потом карантин, официанты поменялись. Внимательность к клиентам упала. Но по инерции традиция всех звать в холи оставалась.Сегодня на просьбу подать некоторые блюда из основного меню до окончания завтраков (что впредь было всегда возможным)) услышала от девушки-официанта «Тут все говорят , что постоянные клиенты». При том, что ее мы видели впервые) Несколько назад управляющая в зале делала замечания сотрудникам. Это максимально некорректно.

Last evening I went to Holy Burger, with my wife. We go every few months, just to get the burger craving out of my mind. This is a very nice place with a young team trying to do their best.We ordered the Holy and Halloumi burger, some beer and a carafe of the house red. The wine is extremely drinkable and excellent value, the Lowenbrau was also cold & fresh, size was unspecified on the menu (why?) it is a small glass and at 90 UAH, not so good value.As on previous visits, I did not expect the food to be hot and was not disappointed.We had a table on the inside and I was able to watch the Chefs plate the dishes on the pass before they were taken by the waiters. These guys are professional, it was easy to see. Issue was that the pass is not big enough and the 2 hot lamps were not kept low enough to keep the food hot. Burgers were placed under a separate salamander, behind, but were open and had no real chance of staying hot when left for a time. I did not like one chef simply taking burgers and placing on the serving tray with bare hands (no gloves).This does raise another point in that when you see someone with gloves picking up food you think all is good. Sadly you do not know how long the gloves have been on and how many times they have come in contact with dirty surfaces, noses, hair ext.When moving food, use tongs or other kitchen appliances and wash them regularly.Getting back to the food. Fries are placed on the tray which has a paper cover. They naturally then spread over an area and instantly go cold. If kept in a container the hot oil covering will keep them hot longer. It is sad as they are pretty good fries (frozen) but the portion is too small.The burger is a good burger, one of the best in town, but when cold, not so good. But enough to keep me coming back. The bun, dressing and salad elements are also good & fresh.The main reason for writing this review is what happened after. I took a photo of the QR code on the paper mat on the tray, expecting to see the menu but was directed to a customer questionnaire. I completed this, giving my opinion and made a comment that the food was cold. I had to give my telephone number to complete.This morning I had a call which I missed. I called back and found out it was the restaurant. The caller told me that they were following up my review and apologised for my experience. They invited me back and said that they would make sure my food was hot. I was totally taken by surprise by this. told them that all was good and I would be back in the future.This will be for sure. I thought that this follow up was fantastic and commend the managers / owners for this great commitment to customer satisfaction.If anybody has read this far and they visit this restaurant. If you have any issue, tell the team. It very much looks like they care and will sort things out.See you soon.

Capisco veramente tutto...,ma attendere 1 ora e 20 per un uovo strapazzato con una tazza di caffè mi sembra veramente troppo. Il locale all'interno non è male, il personale alla "Ucraina" freddo e scortese.... Rispetto al vicino Milk bar questo posto è 0....Non ci torno.
