Hotel Imperial (Kherson)

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Upon arrival the Hotel is enshrined with 15 -20ft Sandtone and Metal Security Fence. The street is outside of the city centre and in a non conventional position not close to any transport trains, busses or aeroplanes. The reception a man did not ask for a passport only cash, no reciept was given and we were led to the allocated room. First impressions was that the building was a former brothel, other opinions was it was a former Prision or Private head quaters to a secret service. The room or the hotel did not match the bookings com site facilities or description. Later on The receptionist took of his shirt and shoes and began walking around the so called hotel reception area. I called Bookings.Com and informed them of this completely unsatisfactory experience. The room key was permently inserted to the external door lock and was unable to be removed. This means that the room was left open to anyone ths entire night. The front of the hotel remained completely open between 00.00 and 0500 hours. This hotel is not the Imperial Hotel tge name suggests rather it is misleading photographed and written as it is was. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Все! Номера времён 90-х годов. Холодно. Грязно. Сервис на нуле. Месторасположение хз где. От центра далеко. До люкса - пропасть.

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Не приветливый «персонал» (на самом деле хозяева гостинцы). Очень настойчиво просили отменить бронь на Букинге. Номер сдали по другой цене, дороже на 200 грн. В номере тепло, все что можно сказать хорошего. В номере есть запах. Однозначно требуется ремонт. В ванной убитое все. Сантехника с плесенью, грязная. Отваливаются обои, ржавчина по всюду. Возле унитаза валялся кусок ваты с кровью... Когда смываешь, запах канализации очень сильный. Полотенца с запахом, и, к сожалению нашла пятно. Постельное «волосатое»( Утром во время выезда хозяин полураздетый выглянул с комнаты и сказал чтобы мы сами шли через калитку. 1) Чувствуешь себя очень не комфортно 2) Цена очень завышена 3) Хозяйва подняли цену и настойчиво просили убрать бронь на Букинге 4) В номере все убитое 5) Позиционируют себя как гостиница, но это скорее похоже на проживание с хозяином в 1 доме НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!! ВСЕ ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХО!

Не понравилось: · Erschreckend für ein Hotel. Ausstattung entsprach in keiner Weise dem Angebot und der Bestätigung. Keine Badewanne, kein Restaurant, Minibar- alter, kleiner und leerer Kühlschrank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mussten gefördert werden. Handtuch vom Vorgast noch im Bad. Starker Schimmel in der Dusche. Außenbereich stark heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Glücklicherweise auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht. Nicht noch einmal.

Понравилось: · The breakfast was a home cooked meal and it was excellent. I normally do not eat eggs but these were cooked perfectly.

Bin nach einem Tag wieder vorzeitig abgereist. Geld zurück gab es auch nicht. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Toilette war ohne Papier.
