Понравилось: Понравилось · Hotel Bavaria offers simple, no-frills accommodations without any additional services, such as breakfast or a staffed reception. In fact, it appears that the place is - at least currently (May 2026) - run by 2 people who take care of everything. They were very friendly, though, and tried their best to communicate in English. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was sizable. The hotel offers an elevator. Some restaurants, a grocery store (Mega Market), and a bus stop are within a 10 to 15-minute walk, some of it around a gated family residential complex. The hotel borders on a residential area close to the main road between Kyiv and Odesa. Despite the traffic, I found it to be sufficiently quiet to get a good night's sleep. If you come with the expectation of having a not much more than comfortable room/bed for a low price, no traditional hotel services, and the willingness to do some walking (or get a taxi) to get to where you need to go, you'll have a pleasant stay at Hotel Bavaria.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Since the reception wasn't staffed and the front door was locked most of the time, you either had to knock or call one of the phone numbers posted on the door to be let in. I understand that there aren't many guests - especially from abroad - visiting Ukraine and this part of the city at the moment (May 2026), so not having someone sit at the reception desk at all times is understandable under the current circumstances. I'm mentioning this so that future guests are aware that this may be a possibility. One thing I noticed is that even though the room has an A/C wall unit, the remote was nowhere to be found. (The temperature was cool enough after opening a window that I didn't need the A/C during my visit.)

Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Ціна 2200 грн за ніч, в номері капців немає, мила немає, туалетний папір на один раз сходити в туалет. Навіть водички немає . Заїхали вдвох, гель для душу та шампунь на одну людину. На рецепції ніколи нікого немає, щоб зайти в готель постійно треба телефонувати персоналу. Навіть урни в номері немає.
