Понравилось: Понравилось · The hotel is located in a quiet back yard, so you don't get disturbed by the traffic. The bed is fine, the bathroom spacious enough (except the sink), water flow is fine both hot and cold, price level is reasonable. Overall fairly good value for money. Location also good if you need to be near the train station.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · The room is very cramped. There is no space to open a big suitcase. I also tried the Georgian restaurant that seems to belong to the hotel (I had to pay for my minibar consumption there, so that's a strong indication). It was OK, but frankly a lot worse than most other Georgian places I have tried in Ukraine.
Понравилось: Понравилось · English speaking very helpful and friendly staff and clean room with nice beds. Location close (not too close) to railway station with quite inner qourt yard. Acces to a excellent Georgian restaurant from tye hotel.

Понравилось: Понравилось · A nice hotel in a great location with very helpful staff to cater to foreign guest. despite the current situation in Ukraine I felt safe in this hotel. The breakfast was great with plenty of food and variety. very close to the local tram service, I would stay here for my next visit. Very clean hotel and great service

Понравилось: Понравилось · Мы приехали в 23:00 персонал Дмитрий встретил , поселил . Все чистое, аккуратное , рекомендую, только на следующее утро персонал Виктор , или был сонный или не в настроении) но , в целом все отлично .

Понравилось: Понравилось · The hotel staff was really friendly, and the reception desk was open at all times. The property has a convenient location between the train station and the city center, which is good when you have to check out early and continue your travels. The room looked nice and clean. It had all the necessary equipment and toiletries. The AC and TV worked fine. I slept well because it wasn't too loud in the neighborhood and hotel rooms around.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · It was a little bit difficult to get to the room with heavy luggage since the long corridor had multiple turns and stairs going up and down.
