Niedawno wróciłam z rodziną z wakacji. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni pod każdym względem. Pokój niczego sobie, czysty. Baseny zadbane pod nadzorem ratowników. Morze przepiękne, cieplejsze od wody w basenie. Plaże rozmaite od dzikiej plaży po gruby żwirek do pięknej lazurowej z cieniutkie piaseczkiem. W restauracji jedzenie do wyboru dla każdego. Pyszne! Polecam na 100%

It was the first time for our family in this hotel. It is quite old, this is obvious. If it had some renovation, it would be hard to find many disadvantages to it. In general, as 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 9) we had a great time in a sea-view 6th floor room, with a large double bed and 2 single separate beds. The room size was enough, bathroom quite large, corridor with a very spaciaous wardrobe. The only bad thing in the room was very old stained and kind of smelly carpet. There is a small empty fridge, balcony screen door, AC (very old system) works even with open balcony, electricity does not need a key.Food at the buffet was just fine, we are not extremely focused on food, kids had enough to choose from, there is a good choice of meat and wonderful fish, theme dinners. Beach area is clean and comfortable enough. Beach at the neighboring Pallini hotel is much better (entrance to the sea has no rocks like Athos' beach, where you need footwear), you won't need special footwear there. We have traveled to quite a few countries with kids and I have to say that this was the best sea experience I have ever had, considering that I am not a fan of beach holidays in general. The water was absolutely clean, transparent, calm, warm and simply amazing all the time, We didn't even want to go to the pool. Not much sealife to see, because the bottom is simple sand. We saw a few fish, a medusa, a crab. Staff were all polite and smily everywhere we went. We were lucky to check in straight upon arrival at 11 am. Reception ladies were helpful with information. The best staff are enterntainment team, especially some girls (i.e. Elena), who jumped, danced, sang, and played literally ALL day long and enterntained the kids at night too. Amazing enthusiasm and endurance! A lot of respect to them. It is worthwhile taking a taxi ride (10 euro) to the ancient Afitos village nearby, very pretty streets, wonderful views, good food, overpriced souvenir shops. Little food shop in Athos palace is good enough, we found that food item prices were the same at the village stores.Overall, we're happy with our vacation. We will try to choose this location in the future, thanks to the sea quality.

Купили с семьёй путевку «все включено» в этот отель и пожалели сразу же при заселении, потому что пришлось ждать пол дня в холодном лобби с ребёнком который хотел кушать, в туалет, спать и конечно же сильно капризничал из-за этого. И это при том что мы заплатили за полные сутки для позднего выселения, т.к обратный самолёт ночью.Территория большая и ухоженная, но здание старое, номера отремонтированные, однако с чистотой здесь огромная проблема, номера ещё хоть как-то чистят, а вот в ресторане не успевают наверно, посуда и приборы грязные. Выбор еды скудненький, но кушать можно.С лифтами постоянная проблема, с коляской приходится ждать очень долго.Wi-fi работает только в лобби и у бассейна и то очень медленно и ограниченное время.А с пляжем вообще отдельная история, везде написано, что пляж песчанный и по системе AI зонтики и шезлонги бесплатные, очередное враньё! Так как на бесплатном пляже заходить в воду без специальной обуви невозможно (камни, водоросли), кроме того туда сливается какая-то жижа, похожая на канализацию. И тут же на территории G-hotels есть пляж с нормальным входом, но за зонтик уже придётся заплатить 9€, иначе наглый тип, который говорит что это его личный пляж вызовет охрану и вас выгонят.Единственный положительный момент- это грамотный русскоязычный врач, т.к. после такого «теплого» приема у ребёнка обострился отит - осмотрела, выписала лекарства, объяснила как лечить. Хотя если бы на ресепшн стояли понимающие люди, то и к врачу обращаться не пришлось.В общем, на 4 звезды никак не тянет! Отдых испорчен!

Where to start?! Ok. Let me sum up the positive first, before I hit the negative experience about our stay in the hotel.It has very nice yard and the area around the hotel is well arranged and maintained. Green grass, nice pools, kids pool with some attractions, kids playground. So at first you say WOW! And than you enter your room :(1. You are welcomed by a "nice" smell of а stagnant air. You rush to open the balcony door but the smell just follows you everywhere.2. The balcony. Oooo scary balcony. The height of the protective fence is so low that even my toddler of 1,5 years was able to climb it. So i had to keep the door closed. Safety last! Someone needs to do safety check up immediately.3. Bed sheets! They are supposed to be white, but they are not. They have some strange yellowish color that your staff gets after getting so much washing. Obviously the sheets were overused, but the saving hotel didn't want to change them at all. Why i say this? Because there were at least 5 spots that were sewn.4. Ok. Time to go to the beach. What beach?! The one with rocks?! Pay 9 EUR and go to Pallini beach. Specially if you are with kids.5. Let's get a drink. We have all inclusive bracelet, but for drink you need to stay in the line and ask for it from the guy working in the bar. In most AI resorts drinks are usually at disposal. Especially water. Who would like to overload its body with drinks that are pure chemistry?! So be prepared to pay for your drinks. 6. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I read some review that peaches disappear and it happens to be correct :) You see them on few tables, but never in the fruits corner.What was most strange is that there is no self-service for drinks, coffee and tea, but waiters ask you what you want, they pour glass of tea and disappear. To be honest, this is the first time I see a waiter serving the tea. Not that there are many options (3 actually, black, green and chamomile) but they ask you which one, bring it on and you cannot find them to re-order. They served you and you are done!7. There are no kids chairs in the restaurant. So bring the stroller with you if you want your kid sited while eating.8. The chairs are so old I was disgusted to sit on them. Dirty and unnatural leather already cracked from too much use. 9. Be careful what they tell you when you book. I asked a baby cot and got a confirmation that baby cot will be arranged but there was no baby cot in the room. Explanation from the reception was that they have 1000 guest and they cannot follow them, so it is normal that if they write that there will be baby cot you again need to tell them to provide. I wonder how there is no such disconnection in communication when payment is concerned. How come they don't forget to ask you for money of the stay? So instead of sleep I had none in the tiny bad that cannot absorb 2 adults and toddler. 10. Payment is done upfront at check in. We did not pay as we were with crying toddler and they literary chased us (including sending us message under the door) to make the payment, like we will run away.11. We had AI arrangement, but we were buying our drinks, beach sun beds, lunch, coffee, so it is definitely not worth for the money.12. And in their effort to save money (once you enter the hotel, room, restaurant it is clear that it is all about cost saving), they have check in at 14h earliest and check out 11.30. The trick is that lunch is served by 14.30, so while you realize this fact you missed it and you check out at 11.30 and again you miss the lunch because it starts at 12.00. Unlike ALL AI resorts, they cut the AI bracelet at check out, so no matter when you leave the hotel you cannot longer use the "services" of the hotel. So far, i have always been able to use the services of the hotel until departure. 13. I also asked for a quite room because of my child and they gave me room next to the 4 elevators. You can imagine how quite is that!Hotel definitely is not worth the money! I would not recommend nor go EVER again. And for all of you thinking on AI option, please don't!

Hotel niestety chwali się nie swoją plażą ale sąsiednią. Na plaży i w wodzie hotelu Athos są kamienie. A najgorsze jest to, że hotel wypuszcza ścieki na swoja plażę (zdjęcia). Jedzenie monotonne – zwłaszcza śniadania. Dosłownie te same posiłki zdarzały się na obiad i kolację albo następnego dnia. W posiłkach dominuje kurczak w różnych postaciach. Niestety 4 osoby (w tym dzieci) z naszej 10 osobowej grupy miało zatrucie pokarmowe – w różnym czasie – więc nie od tej samej potrawy. Za mało wind i jeżdżą jak chcą. W pokojach brak wi-fi i stara śmierdząca wykładzina.Niemiła obsługa w głównym barze przy basenie, kawa i drinki all incl. okropne. Ogólnie all incl. niewarte.Plus za teren hotelowy.

È una bella struttura direttamente sul mare, peccato che sia impraticabile quello adiacente l'hotel a causa della presenza in acqua di numerosi scogli, gia dal bagnasciuga, che rendono inutilizzabile l'area di ingresso al mare, costringendo gli utenti a recarsi presso la vicina spiaggia del Pallini (ombrellone e due lettini 9 euro al giorno). Altra pecca sono gli ascensori. Solo 4 (e non efficienti) per 12 piani e circa 600 camere, rendendo i tempi di attesa molto lunghi, a volte anche 15/20 minuti per salire o scendere. Converrebbe alloggiare ai piani bassi, cosa che io ho chiesto, in fase di prenotazione, ma che non mi è stata accolta, riservandomi una camera all'ultimio piano :( infine il cibo. Ripetitivo e standard e spesso riciclato. Abbondanza di verdure, carne e pesce ma qualità mediocre. Bella la piscina olimpionica e graziosa quella per i piccoli. Appena fuori l'hotel si ha la possibilità di prendere un taxi che con 5 euro ti porta alla vicina Kallithea (circa 2 km), da sconsigliare il percorso a piedi la sera, seppur con la presenza di marciapiede, a causa di alcuni tratti di buio totale. Ricapitolando lo consiglierei solo a chi riesce a prenotarlo con una buona offerta perché con i prezzi standard non vale la pena.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία, όμως η παραλία του έχει βράχια. Τα βράδυα έχει πολύ θόρυβο από τα κοντινά κλαμπ.Υπάρχει πρόβλημα με τα ασανσέρ. Το σύστημα κλιματισμού των δωματίων κάνει πολύ θόρυβο και δεν δουλεύει σωστά, γενικά σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο έχει παγωνιά. Το φαγητό είναι β ποιότητας. Στην πισίνα οι ξαπλώστρες είναι όλες πιασμένες απο το βράδυ με πετσέτες.Τέλος το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά που δίνεις.

"Athos Palace" is one of the best places for family rest in Halkidiki. It is located not far from sea, and has two water pools - for adults and for children, a playground for children, and very comfortable beach with white soft sand. Good climate, very beautiful landscapes (marine and mountain), well-developed transport infrastructure, extremely tasty cuisine, saturated entertainment program for both children and adults will provide your with unforgettable summer vacation.

I was staying at this hotel for 5 night. It is really great hotel with home atmosphere and hospitality. The staff always ready to help you to resolve any requests. Especially, we like our evenings in the swimming pool bar. We met there very positive and communicative girl Sara. She works there and always interested if we need something more and every day shared her smile. All our company like her. Our staying in this hotel was really amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Athos Palace very much. The hotel was very nice, rooms quite big and clean, food was delicious. Our favourite place was snack bar with many choices of hot and cold drinks and with very friendly staff. We met there very nice waitress Sara - she was all the time smiling, talking to us, really so kind and friendly person. We highly recommend this hotel!

Thank you for another wonderful summer.  For the third time in a row we are at Athos Palace.  The reasons are: nice rooms, great food, friendly waiters among whom we highlight Anastasios.  A special reason why our children demand that we continue to come to Athos Palace are the boys and girls from the entertainment team.  For three years, we got to know David, Diana ... then Bobby's team, Caroline, Susan, Georgin ... this year Sergei, Nick, Mario ... and among them all the phenomenal Milena, always smiling, friendly.  Here are some words about them.  Thanks to Milena, our shy daughter started dancing 2 years ago and hasn't stopped since.  English learns better so she can better communicate with her as well as others.  Since this summer she has been singing karaoke, aided by Martina, who sang with her, relieving her trembling.  Christian encouraged our son to perform, and Sergei patiently looked for the right song and laughed at it.  Vladimira, Nick and Mario did not bypass us, so we felt they were dedicated to us every moment.  Vladimira introduced us to the beauty of yoga, Nick cheered us on and let us win table tennis.  Mario entertained our son at every meeting.  Christian's knowledge and charm are exceptional for his age, as is Martin's benevolence at the Children's Club.  Of course, Milena's love of business has contributed to the fact that even before our arrival we knew the songs that hit this summer at your hotel.  Thanks all guys.  The kids are still dancing koukou move, and most of the time we listen to Ricky Martin.  Waiters, especially Anastasios, are increasingly speaking our language and their charm is unique.  They also remember very well what we like to drink with your excellent food.  They are always close and never intrusive.  We regret that we failed to convey personally to hotel menager our enthusiasm to Athos Palace.  The only objection this year is that the stones have not been cleared of entry into the sea, but there was a storm in July.

Odseli smo u ovom hotelu na poslednjem letovanju. Usluga je bila na bazi polupansiona. Mi smo licno zadovoljni smestajem i uslugom hotela. Hrana je super, plaze su sredjene, bazen je cist, osoblje je odlicno, i svi pricaju engleski, sto je za svaku pohvalu. Nisu napadni i spremini su da pomognu uvek. Sobe se ciste svakodnevno, peskiri se menjaju takodje svakog dana ako zatrazite. Za posteljinu ne mogu da grantiujem, ali mislim da je menjana svakog drugog dana. Hrana u hotelu je odlicna. Neki ljudi bi rekli da je svakoga dana ista, mozda i jeste, ali toliko raznovrsnih jela, da za 10 dana mozete jesti svaki dan razlicito. Dobra stvar je sto postoji mogucnost zamene vecere za rucak za dan koji odaberete, tako da mozete da planirate vecernji odlazak do obliznjih gradica. Bazen je cist i oko bazena su svakog trenutka neke animacije, joga, istezanje, vaterpolo, akvabik itd. narravno sve je besplatno. Bazen ima deo koji je celog dana u hladovini. Za taj deo se morate malo potruditi ujutru. Takodje tu je i dnevna i vecernja animacija za decu. Plaza je super, cista i komotna. Hotel iznajmljuje peskire, ali nisam siguran kako to funkcionise jer smo mi imali nase pa nije bilo potrebe iznajmljivati njihove.Postoji nekliko stvari zbog kojih smo samo zadovoljni, a ne prezadovoljni hotelom. Sobe koje gledaju na planinu/brdo/magistrealu imaju problem kada su zurke u obliznjim klubovima. Muzika je preglasna i traje do jutarnjih casova, tako da morate spavati sa zatvorenim vratima i ukljucenom klimom iako nije bilo potrebe za tim jer su veceri bile prijatne. Liftovi, ako ste u sobama preko 4-tog sprata, koji se malo duze cekaju kada su udarni termini za obroke i vracanje sa kupanja. Lift mozete cekati i do 10ak minuta, a najveci problem prave bahati gosti koji smatraju da iako su stigli poslednji imaju pravo preceg ulaska u lift.Sve u svemu jedno odlicno letovanje i nadamo se da se i sledece godine dolazimo u ovaj hotel, u koliko budu u mogucnosti da nam ispune neke uslove oko soba.
