Очень хорошее расположение: близко к ж/д вокзалу и станции метро. Рядом есть доступные рестораны и супермаркет Сильпо.В номере чисто, уютно, тепло, хорошо работает кондиционер.Матрас и подушки удобные, белье чистое и приятное. полотенца меняют ежедневно.Хорошая шумоизоляция.Чудесные завтраки.

Минус только один- это цена! Всё же неадекватно высокая. Но это лето и сезон. Плюсы это всё остальное. Чисто, уютно, хорошая звукоизоляция.Завтраки не берите, цена слишком высокая! Стандартный номер тоже лучше не брать, он реально маловат.

В ресепшн работает Иранец Мехди. Очень грубый и не культурный человек. Не знает как нада обратиться с клиентами и как заработать лояльность клиента. При заезде испортил настроения и если не оплатил бы, в жизни там не остановился бы. Вообще не понял, почему на Украине в ресепшн посадить не русско говорящего человека из Ирана. Отель похож на места где живут гострабайтеры. Если уже тебя в ресепшн встречает человек который с ужасным акцентом говорит на русском и еще грубит вас, в этом отеле всякие опасность может произойти. Этот грубиян еще сумел повышать голос на меня. В среди европе такого не ожидал и в шоке был. Думал еще бы чуть чуть, он собрал бы своих друзей и напал бы на меня. Кроме этого Иранца Мехди, в номерах видел тараканы. Был в шоке. И номера в размере кроватей. Очень маленькие. Не кому не советую. За подобную цену, в киеве есть много хороших отелей и которые тебя не встречает грубые нерусско говорящие люди и таракан к вам в постели не заходят. Больше останусь на улице но в этот отель не приду не за какой цены.

This is a kidnappers den. You will be lured to the hotel basement for dance show but you might not get out alive if you refuse to pay ransomes to the hooligans. The hotel is part of the collusion and will declare that the basement restaurant is not part of the hotel. You will be abducted and be held against your will. Stay away from this facility.

Rénové il y a peu de temps, 2 ans environ, il a gagné en catégorie et en confort. On a quitté le type ancien Intourist vers quelques choses de plus sympa. Une partie des chambres sont rénocées et doivent être assez bien. Une partie ne le son pas, et malheureusement c'était le cas de la mienne, mais peu importe. Même si c'est un rafrachissement, cet hôtel bien placé en avait bien besoin et on trouve des chambres de bon niveau dès les options vers 60/70 €. Pas si mal.

The interior reminds Sovet Union time with some renovation. But renovation was making 15-20 years ago. Furniture old, washroom needs new tile, rooms smells smoke. It seams clean, but with all this details u don’t feel like this. They try to make it modern, but still needs a lot of work. Location is great, staff as well. Even with all this for 1-2 nights its ok. One moment actually shocked me, there’s no safe box. And even not exactly this, on the paper, which they give u with key-card, written “the hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. To rent a personal safe, plz, contact the front desk.”!!!! R u serious?! For me this’s open message for staff to allow them still. U don’t feel safe here anymore. Its not cheap hotel, come on guys. They have bottle of water, slippers, threads and needle, shoe polish sponge, but safe box.....

This hotel was not great. I checked in late and the night staff were awful. I did not know what was going on. I stayed for one night before I could move to my preferred hotel. I would not stay again..

Говорили что это очень хороший отель, но в принципе было нормально. Староватые номера особенно туалет и душ, хотя сам отель нормальный. Завтрак не плохой. Шведский стол. Хороший выбор. Сосиски прям оч достойные.

Only 10 minutes away from the train station and 30 mins walk to independence square this is convenient for getting around if you don’t want to use the metro (that is quite a way away).However, the decor of the room and hotel as a whole is old so doesn’t compare to the newer hotels. The major issue I had was with the level of English amongst the staff: all the signs were in half Ukrainian and English, but the staff could hardly speak English leading to a few mis-understandings/ them appearing rude. A good example was in the restaurant: one night we couldn’t understand the server (three of them!) and visa-versa leading to a two course meal becoming two hours plus with incorrect food. Other tables had a similar experience also on this particular night. So book with caution...

Great hotel although not well placed for metro as it is a fair distance to walk to the two nearest stations. The facilities at the hotel are very good ,but a kettle in the room would make it a lot better.Rooms and the hotel are very clean and well presented.I had a bad experience having breakfast as the buffet was almost empty and staff did not seem to be keeping up with it. Almost every thing that I went to get was empty including coffee. The other main issue that I had with breakfast was lack of seating and clean tables.Overall and apart from Breakfast I did enjoy my stay at this hotel.

Wollen Sie ein preisgünstiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel in Kiew buchen, kann ich das Hotel Lybid nur empfehlen. Zentral gelegen, mit Taxi oder privatem PKW einfach zu erreichen. Ein Hotel für den preisbewussten Reisenden.

This hotel lies in a great centered location in Kiev, it has nice lobby and reception, freidly smily employees, fair rate, good neighborhood with plenty of nice places, including restaurants, coffee shops, I really liked this homey hotel.
