About company Residence (Yagotin)
The recreation center «Residence» is located on a large green area of 10 hectares next to the large lake Supoy. On the territory there is an inner lake with an area of 0.3 hectares and a large orchard, 2 hectares of forest, a stable with open and closed arenas, a petting zoo, professional tennis courts, a mini-football field, a rope park, SPA, open gazebos, a warm gazebo for breakfasts.
There are interesting historical monuments near the recreation center: the Repnins' estate - a palace and park complex in Yagotin, founded by the hetman of Ukraine K. Razumovsky in the 18th century, the former dacha of Khrushchev and the hunting lodge of Brezhnev and Shcherbitsky.

Complex «Residence» is located in the town of Yagotin, on the site of the residence and hunting grounds of Nikita Khrushchev, where Fidel Castro and Leonid Brezhnev were guests, American magnates, generals of the Soviet army and first secretaries fished in Lake Supiy.

The two bedrooms have two single beds, a wardrobe, shelves and heaters. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a boiler, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer, a set of hygiene items and towels. The heating is switched on in the houses during the cold season.
There are two categories of houses:
- House Family with an area of 28 m² has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with
living room and is designed for 4 people. - House Superior is also designed for four, has a kitchen with
living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, but its area is 30 m².
Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00, check-out from 12:00 to 13:00. Small breeds can be accommodated at an additional cost.

The recreation center «Residence» is located in the city of Yagotin, Kiev region. A direct high-speed train Lviv - Kharkiv goes to Yagotin from Kiev.
