Sanatorium Shklo (Lviv region)

The Shklo Sanatorium and Resort Treatment Center is located in a picturesque forest park with an area of 76 hectares, 40 kilometers from Lviv. Walking through the green area, you can admire centuries-old oaks, pines, linden trees and inhale the aroma of rare herbs and flowers. You will see tame squirrels, peacocks, guinea fowl, pheasants, pigeons and even a family of sika deer living on the territory of the sanatorium.

In the sanatorium you can improve your health thanks to your own drinking source of low-mineralized water “Naftusya-Shklo”, which has pronounced medicinal properties. There are hydrogen sulfide springs, the treatment methods of which were described back in the 16th century by doctors in England, Italy and Germany, and peaty mineral mud.
