“White filling” is called “the first Ukrainian sideria”. The basis of the institution's concept is apples: they prepare cider, punch and liquors. They use apples from Ukrainian producers for making pies and the basis of the institution's menu - hot dogs; crumbs of apple chips are added to sausages, buns, caramelized onions and sauces.
Cider is poured from barrels attached to the bar. Hot dogs are cooked right on the spot. You can try everything on barrels at the entrance or at tables in the halls. There are about 50 seats on two floors.
