The CSK pool is one of the largest in Kiev. It is part of the sports complex CSK ZSU, not far from the famous stadium. The pool has 21 swimming lanes, 25 meters long. Among the services of the pool: swimming, aqua aerobics, diving classes. There is the possibility of training in diving. In the club for diving classes are held on the world's leading systems PADI, SDI, TDI. After completing the course, a professional diver certificate is issued. The pool building has a gym. Group classes are held in yoga, shaping, step aerobics, mix aerobics, Pilates and oriental dancing. To visit the pool, it is imperative that you have with you a medical certificate from a general practitioner, 3 * 4 fluorography for a subscription, a swimming cap and replaceable shoes.
Training in CSK ZSU
The “CSK ZSU” employs qualified trainers and masters of sports in swimming. The level of training is very high. The national team of Ukraine in swimming and diving is trained here. The complex often hosts international swimming competitions. Therefore, comfortable stands for 650 spectators are also provided here.
Everyone can visit the pool, both amateurs and professional athletes are engaged here.
Timetable of classes
You can visit the pool one-time or purchase a subscription for 4 or 8 lessons per month. The duration of one lesson is 45 minutes. Children under 14 years old can attend training only accompanied by adults. The pool is open from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 22:00, on Sunday from 8:00 to 21:00.
