Не понравилось: 눉Simply put - this place should not exist as a hotel, and it's a disgrace to booking.com to have it on their listings. It was almost insulting... Stay away! Believe me - I've spent in total over two months in Ukraine travelling, so I know what to expect... No one knew a word in English - not even the words "room", "check-in" and other basic words. They seemed surprised to have us, even though we had a reservation. The room was dirty, (see attached pictures) , the toilet looked like in a bus station (again-pictures...), wifi in the room didn't work properly, the railing on the staircase was sticky... and so on and so on. It's really simply embarrassing to list all the defaults The second night we left without asking for our money back - just wanted to get out of there...
