Dance studio «Lady Marmaladе» in Kryvyi Rih invites all girls who dream of making their body more flexible, beautiful and seductive to practice with a pole. This type of dance helps to reveal your femininity, overcome shyness and feel like a real goddess.

Pole dance has gained immense popularity in Ukraine over the past few years, and many girls want to learn how to perform it. Experienced trainers, winners of all-Ukrainian competitions and pole championships, work in the Lady Marmalade studio. More than 15 graduates of the studio are now coaches or have opened their own dance schools.

Every year, the studio holds an open door day, where girls can learn everything about pole dancing, sign up for the first lesson for beginners, get a lot of valuable advice from a nutritionist and fitness trainer, take part in a drawing of gifts and surprises.

In the studio «Lady Marmaladе» there is a bar with sports nutrition. The focus is on foods such as Omega-3 vitamin and plant-based protein powder. 1 capsule of polyunsaturated fatty acids before workout helps you burn fat faster, especially light visceral fat, which is the most difficult to get rid of. Plus, the body uses up glycogen stores more carefully and rationally - an equally successful workout.

When consuming proteins, it is important to understand that the body is not able to store and accumulate their excess. This is why it is so important to include it in your daily diet to maintain your protein levels. Then you will feel strong and energetic, capable of performing all vital functions effectively.

Lesson cost:

1 lesson - 45 UAH,
monthly subscription for 9 lessons - 345 UAH
monthly subscription for 13 lessons - 515 UAH
subscription for 20 lessons per month - 625 UAH

The subscription includes all directions of the studio.

The studio is open every day and the trainers conduct 5 or more pole dance classes and additionally stretching stretching every day. Choose a convenient time for yourself and come to take wings.

For beginners in the world of pole dance, instructors recommend starting with the basic exercises, instructions for which you will find in the official groups. These are the basic exercises that every student of the Lady Marmalade studio can easily perform - twine, hanging, racks, stretches, seahorses, elbow corner, candle, ligaments and much more.
