"Hartz" - a shopping complex "with a twist"

The multifunctional complex “Hartz” is a shopping and entertainment center of the future. His appearance alone will tell about it. The creator of the project is LLC Budhouse Group. The company plans to build a center on an area of more than 200,000 square meters. The process is divided into two stages: the construction of a 3-tier shopping and entertainment center and an 18-story four-star congress hotel with a total area of 40,000 square meters.

Hartz - a new level of shopping and entertainment

The complex will place on its territory more than 200 shops of various goods, a grocery hypermarket, a supermarket for household appliances, recreation and entertainment areas. The director of the Budhouse Group company openly announces that he is not afraid of competition. Although there are many different shopping centers in this area, he assures that there will be many features in the Harts that will set it apart from the rest. So, one of the main attractions of the complex will be a concert hall with more than 4,500 thousand seats.

Around the center, the territory will also be landscaped. The project has ideas for creating vast areas with fountains and benches. It will certainly be pleasant to stroll after shopping or enjoy coffee in the fresh air after the movie.

Also, for the convenience of visitors, an underground parking for 2500 places is provided. The proximity of public transport stops makes it easy to visit the complex not only to district residents.

The opening of the shopping and entertainment center and the Hartz Hotel is scheduled for 2019.
