Cinema center Gorihovyi

In 2015, on the basis of the Sokol cinema, the Lviv Film Center was launched. Here, mostly non-mass cinema was shown to Lviv residents, thus instilling a love for high-quality cinema: the cinema hosted screenings in the main cinema hall, in the warm season film screenings and parties were held on the roof of the building. Also during this period, repair work was carried out: the roof was reconstructed, the facade was overhauled, chairs were purchased for the cinema hall.

A new stage in the life of the cinema center was its renaming to Nut on February 18, 2020. Along with the name change, an art hall was opened in the cinema center, new equipment appeared, and part of the premises was renovated. Children's and adult circles are also active, social events, festivals are held and new films are broadcast.

The most comfortable place for gatherings with meaning. It is here that selected films of the classics of world cinema are broadcast in a family atmosphere. The cinema is located in the picturesque park «Gorihovyi», which makes it possible to retire in a pleasant company in nature.
Broadcasts are held in the open air, on the very roof, and inside the building there is a small cafe where you can have a tasty meal and sit with friends.
