Individual Training Center SportExpert

SportExpert in Zaporozhye is the center of individual training and massage. Trainers instructors invite young and adult people with different levels of physical fitness to take part in tai-bo combat aerobics, functional training, UFC FIT mixed martial arts and Thai boxing. For each trainer draws up a personal program taking into account health, physical condition and goals. Additionally, a sports diet is connected.

Classes are held both on the territory of the sports center, and in another suitable place with the departure of the coach to the client.
