“Casa Mare” is the only Moldavian restaurant in Kiev. “Casa Mare” in translation from Moldavian means the most beautiful room in the house, where it is customary to celebrate holidays and special occasions. The restaurant’s interior, decorated with floor carpets, embroidered curtains, openwork towels, wooden furniture with carved decor, is the embodiment of the best traditions of Moldova.

Opened in 2005, Casa Mare even today delights guests with exquisite traditional dishes - placintas, cabbage rolls, a variety of meat dishes, as well as Moldovan wine, which the country has long been famous for. Restaurant “Casa Mare” is a peculiar visiting card of the southeastern people.
