A restaurant Mons pius

The steak was like eating rubber. It would've taken an hour to chew the steak. Very low quality meat. After one bite I politely asked for an edible steak and they refused. They said they would re-cook my steak. The manager refused to talk to me and sent the waitress. I sent the steak back and left the restaurant hungry. My friends steak was good and I asked for a similar steak. I don't know why they wouldn't simply exchange the bad steak for a good steak. Instead they lost a customer for life and I will never recommend this place to anyone again. The restaurant is understaffed and chaotic. Very poor service and the manager doesn't care about the customers.

The staff of this place spoiled our evening. We wanted to have dinner exactly inside of it in order to feel its historical air. But we were told that clients are not allowed by the administrator to eat where they prefer. The only option is their yard which is completely packed with tables. Just in case of air alert clients would be permitted to sit in there. Maybe the cuisine is good but you'll definitely miss your right to choose.

very tasty, the steak was amazing! the waiters are very friendly and did all the best to please in everything. Definitely we will visit this restaurant next time

Very good steak. Good staff. Not cheap - one of the most expensive in Lviv. But worth any pennies. Good place and great food couldn’t be cheap.
