Cinema without borders
A hall has been opened in the Cinema City network of cinemas, where films are shown in 4DX format. Its main feature is 20 realistic effects, achieved through advanced cinematic technology.
Gusts of wind are provided by special fans, and smoke, fog and steam are provided by machine-generators. Stroboscopes work to simulate lightning and light flashes. Rain, snow and bubbles are also part of the effects that 4DX technology provides. When watching the film, there are even smells - there are ten of them in the new Cinema City hall, in particular the smell of meadow flowers, sea breeze, gunpowder, fried meat and rain freshness.
To achieve the ideal picture quality, Cinema City's 4DX room is equipped with a Barco DP4K-32B 4K projector and a Clarus XC screen, which together provide maximum brightness and stunning color reproduction.
