Our goal is to help each person find himself and his sphere for implementation, learn business activity on the basis of a collective strategy and a system of public self-government. Also, we offer everyone to join in an active creative public activity to form Citizens' Centers in the city with a system of continuing education to ensure creative and cultural growth of a person through the manifestation of an active citizenship.
