Понравилось: Понравилось · Понравилось абсолютно все! Отдохнула душой и телом! Шикарный бассейн с саунами ! Тренажерный зал. Все на высшем уровне! Очень приятный персонал. Комната идеально чистая! Кровать и подушки комфортные. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки в саду. Ходишь по гостинице, как принцесса по стариному замку. Расположение в самом сердце Одессы❤️

Понравилось: Понравилось · Роскошный интерьер отеля, прекрасное расположение . Очень душевные работники в отеле. Каждый раз возвращалась со своих прогулок и наслаждалась осознанием того, в каком месте я остановилась. Вкусные завтраки, и очень красивое спа.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Отношение сотрудников спортзала, но это не минус отеля, а отдельный человеческий фактор сотрудников сопряженного учреждения.

Понравилось: Понравилось · Нам понравилось всё. Роскошь и красота отеля, ненавязчивый и внимательный менеджмент. Бассейн -бомба. Кто умеет плавать - вам сюда, утром в 9, а то к 10-ти родители уже начинают приводить своих чад на плавание. Everything was great. It's a specious & gorgeous hotel, outstanding in terms of architecture and design. I highly recommend their swimming pool too. The ceiling is very high, all ornated, you swim like in the museum.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · The hotel is 4 stars anyway except of the mansard units. Next time we won't book the highest floor. They are too simple for the 4-star hotel. Those rooms need electric kettles too. .
