Research Preparation

Each type of study has its own specific patient preparation. And the doctor is obliged to inform about all the details that must be observed before carrying out certain tests.

Blood. It is recommended to donate blood for analysis on an empty stomach after an 8-12 (8-14) hour fasting period. On the day of the study, in the morning, the use of a small amount of water is permissible.

Spermogram. Before collecting material, it is necessary to refrain from sexual intercourse for at least two and no more than seven days (the optimal period is 4 days).

UGI. 3 days before the examination, it is necessary to refrain from:
