Moreover, according to Andre Tan himself, money for fabrics for the first collection was given to him by familiar female models in exchange for ready-made things they liked.
He was a little over 20 when he created an exclusive collection for Ruslana - the winner of Eurovision 2005.
Already in 2006, he came up with his own fashion stream - Smart Couture - the intellectual fashion of a vibrant city.
