Acting Studio Improvisation from scratch

"Improvisation from scratch" is a unique space in the center of performing arts "Shum" in Dnipro, where everyone can reveal their creative potential and gain confidence. This studio for adults 18+ helps participants develop acting skills, overcome the fear of public speaking, learn effective communication and self-expression through theatrical improvisation. The program includes:

• The playback theatre method is empathy, listening, staging real stories. The opportunity to see yourself through other people's experiences and learn to interact through acting.
• Theatrical improvisation – freedom of movement, imagination, expressiveness. Revealing creative potential through acting expressiveness and naturalness.
• Oratorical improvisation – practical skills of public speaking. Overcoming fear of the audience and learning effective communication.
• Contact improvisation – motor communication, trust. Improving collaboration skills through physical contact.
• Art therapy practices – stress relief through creativity. Finding harmony through expressing yourself in art.
• Self Defense for Women - Basics of Physical Safety and Confidence. Self Defense Skills to Feel Safe.
• Men's Club - Discussing important topics, setting boundaries. Creating a supportive community for men.
• Musical improvisation – creating music without rules. Co-creation and liberation of creativity.
• Psychological support – group sessions with a psychologist. Tools for emotional growth and support.

Participants can take part in performances, acquire practical skills for real life, find new acquaintances and support. Classes are held on Sundays, creating an atmosphere where acting intersects with personal development, and everyone gets a chance to change their life, starting with the first steps in creativity.
