Running club Run Base Kyiv

The running club "Run Base Kyiv" is a conceptual and intellectual running club of a new type. The club was founded in 2014 with the aim of preparing amateur athletes for the Kiev International Half Marathon.

A series of free running trainings “Energize Running” caused a stir among the participants: about two hundred participants attended the sixth training session at the NSC Olimpiyskiy. In this regard, after the race, it was decided to continue training and create a new club for runners under the guidance of Honored Master of Sports Irina Lishchinskaya.

For 2 years of its existence, "Run Base Kyiv" made a significant contribution to the achievements of the running community of Ukraine. In 2016, 10 club members took on an important role as pacemakers at distances in various running competitions in Kiev, Odessa, Dnipro and Lviv as part of the Run Ukraine Running League 2016.
