A restaurant Hops Suneli

Food is good here as well as the hookah. Nobody speaks English here though so it’s a little frustrating

I can write a quite long text here about this place because of our every weekend visit. It is a nice place but not well taken care off enough, we used to go here to smoke waterpipe at the 3th floor which is the most silent and cozy option for us. Except the hookah all service was extremly slow, fortunatelly hookah section is located a few steps away from where we always used to sit. Most of time we were going there not to eat because we know we would wait too long and they served us pork once ''accidently''. Except than no waiters ( and their unnecessarily bad reactions and behaviours), extremly slow service and unreasonable high prices, place is really nice decorated. They also provides Georgian national dances but always the same couple songs so it makes you bored. The welcoming lady, I think her name was Yana or Lena is nice, helpful, and the Mr. and Mrs. from administration was nice too, while they were trying to situation with wrong meal such as serving as pork, we always gave the orders very carefully but once they added ''Salo'' (pork fat) next to our meat chunks and another time when we gave the order extremly careful they still bring us pork and when we asked about this they just said '' yeah the cook got confused so made a mistake '' They charged for the wrong meal for the pork which we didn't finish after then realizing that it's pork but to fix the situation couple people apologized and they gave as piece of deserts. So basicly this place deserves more, it can be really in a better place.After then pork thing we started to come rarely, if there was someone else in our shoes, their reaction would be much different to this kind of situation but we kept calm and except this Mr. and Mrs. administration nobody didn't pay attention even the young waitress which came to bring some orders, big thanks goes to her, glad she haven't throw the plates to our faces.

К сожалению , не приветливый персонал. СОВСЕМ. Стаканы грязные, попросила стакан с водой, принесли воду словно из чайника, а стакан пахнет неприятно) хотя может это вода.Честно , разочарована) лучше бы пошла в другое место. Больше не хочу и Вам не рекомендую ) Рестораны где сложно проследить за чистотой посуды которую выносят , вызывают подозрение, что тогда на кухне . Из мелочей складывается сервис.

Вкусная грузинская кухня, просторный ресторан и замечательная музыка. Мы прекрасно пообедали и насладились атмосферой грузинского ресторана. Удивило только поведение официантов, откровенно вымогающих чаевые за посредственное обслуживание.

Пришли большой компанией все вместе пообедать, от слова "вместе". Но в этом ресторане все вышло совсеееем по-другому. Одна пара успела все съесть, пока другие смотрели на них и ждали свои блюда. Те, кто ждал всех, ел в итоге холодное блюдо. Официант после замечания, что мы хотим вместе пообедать, ответила: я только разношу еду, готовит повар, ничего не могу сделать, блюда выношу по мере готовности. В других ресторанах учитывают мнение клиентов, здесь нет.

Очень неплохое место на первый взгляд. Но когда официанты начинают вымогать чаевые - это уже слишком. Возвращаться не хочется!!!

Food is always on a top level and the staff is very welcoming. A bit overpriced for the current market but the interior is worth it. Sometimes they also an incredible show with traditional Georgian music and dances.

We were looking for somewhere to eat around the area and we ended up at their doorstep! It was the first time I was about to try Georgian cuisine!The decoration of the restaurant is modern with dark colours which fit the whole concept perfectly!The food was extraordinary, every dish was tasty and balanced! Khajapuri and khinkali were both delicious!The service was exceptional, professionalism and kindness at the highest grade! Maxime (I hope I spell it correctly) was our waiter and he was beyond helpful and friendly! His recommendations were fantastic and he described every single meal we ordered, so we know what to expect! He was definitely one of the reasons that made our entire experience so great!Overall it was a 10 out of 10!

Интересный интерьер, вокруг есть несколько пространство в разных стилях на двух этажах. Немного дороговато алкоголь. Иногда выступают грузинские коллективы с песнями и танцами.

Місяць тому було дуже смачно(хінкалі, хачапурі). Сьогодні ж взяли те саме - принесли ЖАХЛИВО РОЗВАРЕНІ хінкалі. Тісто липне до рук, розлізається, все витікає. До того ж пересолене. Розчарувались,шкода

The food, service, entertainment, choice of wine and care of staff was exemplary. Highly recommend. It is not a cheap place, but so worth it! Big thank you to the staff.
