Marina Korpan's studio in Dnipro offers you bodyflex breathing exercises. Its mechanism is based on the need to breathe so that the inhaled oxygen flows directly to the parts of the body that are prone to excessive fat deposits. Blood enriched with oxygen, directed to problem areas, burns fat cells and evens out the subcutaneous layer. By stimulating the heart, lungs and muscles around them with increased blood circulation, you can speed up your metabolism and lose weight.

Marina Korpan's bodyflex lessons are a combination of correct, diaphragmatic, breathing and simple physical exercises. In just eight sessions, you will be able to correct your figure, improve metabolism and noticeably tighten your body muscles. The bodyflex program includes 13 breathing exercises. In the first and second lesson, you will learn how to breathe correctly with your stomach - master the technique of diaphragmatic breathing, and from the third lesson you will be able to start the bodyflex breathing exercises themselves.

Bodyflex breathing has a tonic and healing effect on the body as a whole. Unlike shaping, aerobics and other similar sports, body flex fatigue is much less noticeable.

This technique has been tested on the basis of the Russian State University of Physical Culture, Sports, Youth and Tourism and the All-Russian Research Institute of Physical Culture and Sports in Moscow and guarantees the safety and effectiveness of its use.

In the studio, you can sign up for individual body flex lessons. This will give you the opportunity to create a workout schedule that doesn't harm your regular routine. If you wish, you have the opportunity to complete only part of the course program: breathing, breathing + 12 exercises for the face, breathing + exercises for the press, etc.

The classes are taught by Lydia Ovsyannikova, the only certified body flex trainer in Ukraine. Back in 2003, she began to independently engage in body flex according to the book by Greer Childers Magnificent Figure in 15 Minutes a Day. In 2011, Lydia completed the Bodyflex with Marina Korpan course and successfully passed the final exam. In the course of the studied course, such disciplines as anatomy, physiology of respiration, psychology, biochemistry and peculiarities of training planning were listened to.
