Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Ремонт ужасный, все разваленное, побитое, растрепанное и убогое. Горячей воды нужно было ждать целую вечность.

Понравилось: Понравилось · I loved the room and how it looked. The room is a good size and the toilet has a nice hot shower. And heated rail for the towel. The staff were great to me and very helpful. Also, I love the location. You are really close to the shops and places to eat and drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will stay here again when I'm back in Kiev.
Понравилось: Понравилось · Well. I liked everything. Location is literally in the city center, everything is close to. Assume, they are pet friendly, as I met one travellers rabbit walking around reception.
Не понравилось: Не понравилось · Staff number. I note, They were responsible and did fine, but that time there was only guard and receptionist used to work with any problems, so it took time to wait for my turn before my request processed.
