Official rules of the action "ALL WILL BE UKRAINE"
1. General provisions
1.1. These official rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the procedure and conditions for participation in the Action "EVERYTHING WILL BE UKRAINE" (hereinafter referred to as the Action).
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, each person thereby certifies the fact that they have fully and properly familiarized themselves with these Rules, and also confirms their full and unquestionable agreement with the conditions set forth in these Rules.
1.3. The organizer of the promotion "EVERYTHING WILL BE UKRAINE" is the site pokupon.ua - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "Marketing Solyushyns", Code EDRPOU 44721792 (hereinafter - "Organizer").
1.4. The partner of the Promotion is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "WEST PETROL MARKET" (network of gas stations operating under the TM "WOG"), EDRPOU code 42663493, address: st. Yershova bldg. 1, Lutsk, Lutsk district, Volyn region, 43023 (hereinafter - Partner).
2. Participation in the Promotion
2.1 Participants of the Promotion may be full-fledged citizens of Ukraine who are registered on the Pokupon.ua website and have fulfilled the terms and conditions of this Promotion (hereinafter - the Promotion Participants).
2.2. The following are not recognized as participants and do not have the right to participate in the Promotion:
1) employees of the Promotion Organizer;
2) spouses, close relatives (child, brother, sister, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother) of persons listed in subparagraph 1 of this clause;
3) persons who have not reached the age of 18 at the time of the Promotion.
4) persons who are not citizens of Ukraine;
5) persons who do not meet the conditions or do not fulfill the conditions of these Rules.
Participation in the Promotion by persons with limited legal capacity and incapacitated persons is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
3. Territory and period of the Promotion
3.1 The promotion takes place on the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of the temporarily occupied territory.
3.2 Promotion period - from 00:00:01 on 09/01/2022 to 23:59:59 on 10/10/2022 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
4. Terms of participation in the Promotion
4.1 To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to fulfill the following conditions during the Promotion period:
4.1.1. Make a purchase on the Pokupon.ua website of any one certificate/coupon with a value of UAH 200.00 or more. (two hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) by one check, from 00:00:01 on 09/01/2022 to 23:59:59 on 10/10/2022, inclusive.
4.1.2. Each additional purchase/purchase with a separate check on Pokupon.ua of one certificate/coupon with a value of UAH 200.00 or more. (two hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) in the period from 00:00:01 09/01/2022 to 23:59:59 10/10/2022 (inclusive) increases your chances of winning!
5. Promotion of the Promotion and determination of the winner of the Promotion.
5.1. Incentive - an item determined by the Organizer, which the Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to acquire or which will be credited to the winners of the Promotion to the PRIDE Wallet in the event that they properly fulfill the conditions of the Promotion. Incentive Fund:
• To the first winner:
1) a certificate for a vacation for two people at the hotel "Mardan Palace SPA Resort 4*" for 5 days/4 nights, a deluxe room, which can be used (check-in) until 15.12.2022. In addition to accommodation with a certificate, you receive: breakfast according to the "Swedish line" system for two; unlimited access to the SPA center with a wood-fired sauna, Roman steam room, salt room, hammam, swimming pool, jacuzzi for two; use of the gym; use of children's room; use of a recreation area with a fireplace in the hall; use of barbecue and grill (with own coal);
2) 50 liters of fuel* in the Partner gas station network;
• To the second winner: 30 liters of fuel* in the network of Partner gas stations;
• To the third winner: 30 liters of fuel* at the Partner gas station network.
The Share Incentive Fund is limited and consists of the number of units specified above.
*"Fuel" means: any type of fuel from the range presented in the network of the Partner's gas stations. To receive fuel, the winner of the Promotion informs the Organizer of the last name, first name, patronymic, phone number and the desired type of fuel from the presented assortment in the network of the Partner gas stations. The corresponding number of liters will be charged to the PRIDE Wallet** of the winner of the Promotion, within three working days from the moment the Organizer of the Promotion partner informs the initial data about the winner of the Promotion. The terms of use of liters are governed by the Official Rules of Use of the WOG Online Store, which are posted on the website: https://wog.ua
** If the winner of the Promotion is already a member of the PRIDE loyalty program, the charge will be made to his PRIDE Wallet, based on the data he provided. If the PRIDE card is not registered for the indicated phone number, the PRIDE card can be obtained free of charge by downloading the PRIDE mobile application and logging in using the phone number in it. 5.2. Winners of the Promotion will be determined by the Organizer on October 11, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. among the Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the conditions of the Promotion, by random computer selection, which will be conducted on the Internet resource http://www.random.org in the presence of the Organizer's Commission. The results of the Promotion and the determination of the Winners of the Promotion will be considered final, will apply to all Participants of the Promotion and will be posted on the official page of Pokupon in the social network "Facebook". 3 (three) winners will be determined among the Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the conditions of the Promotion.
5.3. Substitution of Incentives with a monetary equivalent or any other good is not allowed.
5.4. The Organizer transfers the Incentive to the winner of the Promotion within 14 calendar days from the moment the winner is determined.
5.5. The Organizer/Partner is not responsible for the use of the Promotion by the winner of the Promotion after receiving it.
5.6. If within 2 calendar days from the moment the Organizer sends the Promotion winner a notification about the possibility of receiving an Incentive, the Promotion winner does not contact the Promotion Organizer to receive the Incentive, such Promotion winner loses the right to receive the Incentive.
5.7. The results of the Promotion are final and cannot be appealed.
5.8. Purchases for which a full or partial refund has been issued are not eligible for the Promotion.
6. Conditions for receiving the Incentive.
6.1. Within two hours after the drawing, the Organizer contacts the winner of the Promotion or sends a message (to the contact number and / or email specified in the profile during registration), and confirms the rights of the winner to receive the Incentive, and specifies the place where the winner will receive the Incentive, conditions and procedure for receiving the Incentive.
7. Restrictions
7.1. The Organizer's responsibility does not exceed the value and number of incentives specified in these Rules.
7.2. Neither the Organizer nor the Partner are responsible in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any nature, blockades, significant changes in the legislation in force in the territory of the Promotion, other events beyond the control of circumstances on the part of the Organizer/Partner.
7.3. The Organizer/Partner is not responsible for the further use of the provided incentive by the winner of the Promotion after receiving it, and for the inability of the winner to use the provided incentive for any reason beyond their control.
7.4. The Organizer/Partner does not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants/winners of the Promotion and the rights to receive Promotion incentives. The Promoter/Partner is not responsible for determining the rights of the parties in any dispute.
7.5. Violation of these Rules by the Participant, their incomplete compliance or the Participant's refusal to comply with these Rules automatically deprives the Participant of the right to receive incentives. In this case, such Participant has no right to receive any compensation from the Promotion Organizer.
7.6. The Organizer/Partner bears no obligation to reimburse any costs incurred by the Participant of the Promotion, including transport and telephone costs incurred by the Participant during participation in the Promotion.
7.7. The prize draw is not a lottery or other risk-based game and is not intended to make a profit.
8. Information.
8.1. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant thereby confirms his consent to the use of the information provided by the Organizer/Partner for marketing and/or any other purpose, including the processing of his personal data, by methods that do not violate the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transfer to third parties), in particular, for the free use of his name, surname, photograph, interview or other materials about him for advertising / marketing purposes, including the right to publish (including his name and photo) in the mass media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the mass media, in case of receiving incentives, as well as to send information, messages (including part of an advertising nature ), etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, and such use will not be compensated in any way by the Organizer/Partner of the Promotion.
8.2. The provision of such consent is also considered within the meaning of Art. 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
9. Other conditions
9.1. The participants of the Promotion are independently responsible for the reliability of the information provided by them and compliance with the "On Copyright and Related Rights" Notice.
9.2. Substitution of the incentive for any other benefits or gifts is not allowed.
9.3. In the event of a situation that allows an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputed issues and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer reserves the resolution of such issues. Such a decision is final and not subject to appeal.
9.4. The organizer ensures objectivity and impartiality in determining the winner of the Promotion.
9.5. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant of the Promotion confirms the fact of familiarization with these Promotion Rules and his full and unconditional agreement with them. Violation of these Rules by the Participant of the Promotion, their incomplete compliance or refusal by the Participant of the Promotion to properly comply with these Rules (including the mechanics, procedure and terms of the Promotion and / or receiving incentives, etc.) is considered a refusal by the Participant to participate in Promotions and receiving incentives, while such a person does not have the right to receive any compensation from the Promoter/Partner of the Promotion.
9.6. The Partner is not responsible for any actions or inactions of the Promotion Organizer.
9.7. The Partner is not responsible for the quality of goods, works, and services provided by the Promotion Organizer. The Partner does not accept and does not check the completeness, quantity and quality of goods, works, services provided by the Organizer of the promotion to the Participant. The Promotion Participant is obliged to independently inspect the goods (works, services) and has the right to submit claims regarding their quality exclusively to the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the procedure provided by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
9.8. Information about the conditions of the Promotion can be obtained on the website http://www.pokupon.ua.
