1. Foreign regulations
1.1. These official rules (hereinafter referred to in the text as “Rules”) define the procedure for conducting and participating in the “Take beauty - catch prizes” Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”).
1.2. By taking part in the Promotion, each person hereby acknowledges the fact of full and thorough knowledge of these Rules, and also confirms his/her absolute trust in the minds of these Rules.
1.3. The organizer of the “Take Beauty - Catch Prizes” promotion is the website pokupon.ua – PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ASSOCIATED PARTNERSHIP “Marketing Solutions”, IDRPOU code 44721792 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. Participation in the Promotion
2.1 The participants of the Promotion can be full-time citizens of Ukraine who are registered on the Pokupon.ua website and click on the Rules of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Participants of the Promotion).
2.2. Participants are not recognized and have no right to take part in the Promotion:
1) employees of the Organizer of the Promotion;
2) friends, close relatives (child, brother, sister, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother) persons listed in subparagraph 1 of this paragraph;
3) individuals who, at the time of the Promotion, have not reached 18 years of age.
4) individuals who are not citizens of Ukraine;
5) individuals who do not comply with the minds or minds of these Rules.
Participation in the Promotion is limited to valid and invalid individuals and is subject to the laws of Ukraine;
6) separated from disabled and non-vacant individuals.
3. Territory and period of the Promotion
3.1 The promotion will take place on the territory of Ukraine, behind the occupied territory.

4. Participate in the Promotion

5. Request for the Share and successful promotion of the Share.

5.2. The main event of the Promotion will be carried out by the Organizer on January 27, 2026 on the day of the Participants of the Promotion, who decided on the basis of the Promotion, by means of a computer selection that will be held on the Internet resource http://www.random.org in the presence of the Organizer's Commission. The results of the Promotion and the rewards of the Participants of the Promotion will be applied as residuals, expanded to all Participants of the Promotion and will be posted in the Telegram channel of the Organizer t.me/pokuponofficial. Among the Participants of the Promotion, as the winners of the Promotion, there is 1 (one) win.
5.3. Replacement with a penny equivalent or any other good is not allowed.
5.4. The Organizer transfers the request to overcome the Promotion within 14 calendar days from the date of the override.
5.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the withdrawal of the Promotion after its cancellation.
5.6. If within 2 calendar days from the moment the Organizer of the Promotion has issued a notification about the possibility of canceling the Promotion, please do not contact the Organizer of the Promotion for canceling the Promotion. The shares are subject to the right to withdrawal.
5.7. The results of the Promotion are residual and do not cause any prejudice.
6. Umovi otrimannya Zaohochennya.

7. Limitation

7.4. The Organizer does not enter into any supernatural recognition of any particular Participant/Participants of the Promotion and the rights to withdraw their desire for the Promotion. The organizer is not responsible for the assignment of the rights of the parties in any cases.
7.5. Violation of these Rules by the Participant, the termination of them in an unauthorized manner, or the Participant’s withdrawal from the violation of these Rules automatically eliminates his right to be removed as desired. In this situation, such Participant has no right to receive any compensation from the Promotion Organizer.
7.6. The Organizer is not obligated to properly account for any expenses incurred by the Participant in the Promotion, including transport and telephone expenses incurred by the Participant during the time of participation in the Promotion.
7.7. The procedure for determining the withdrawal of funds is not intended to be a lottery or any other risk-based game and does not allow for the withdrawal of profits.
8. Information.
8.1. By taking part in the Promotion, each Participant hereby confirms his/her consent to the use of the information provided by the Organizer through marketing and/or any other means, including the processing of his/her personal data, by methods that do not violate official legislation of Ukraine (including the way of transferring to third parties), zokrema, on the spotless use of his name, nicknames, photographs, interviews or other materials about him with advertising / marketing methods, in incl. the right of publication (including your name and photograph) in mass media, be it any other kind, audio video materials, interviews with third-party information, and Also for the purpose of increasing information, notification (including advertising in nature) etc., without any restrictions on the territory, often in a different way, and in any other way, it is not possible to be considered the Organizer of the Promotion.
8.2. This trend can also be seen in the Russian article. 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
9. Інші умови
9.1. Participants of the Action are independently responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and the compliance with the Law “On Copyright and Related Rights”.
9.2. Replacing the desire for any other benefits or gifts is not allowed.
9.3. In any situation that allows for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, be it any controversial food or food not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer will forfeit all such food. Such a decision is residual and does not prolong the shame.
9.4. The Organizer will ensure the objectivity and non-preemption of the promotion.
9.5. By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant of the Promotion confirms the fact of familiarity with these Promotion Rules and his/her continued interest in them. Violation by the Participant of the Promotion of these Rules, the interpretation of them in an inappropriate manner or the participation of the Participant in the Promotion as a result of the proper interpretation of these Rules (including mechanics, the order of the lines of the Promotion and / or the withdrawal of desires) etc.) is considered to be the Participant's responsibility for participation in the Promotion, and this is a requirement in which such person does not have the right to receive any compensation from the Organizer of the Promotion.
