1. Organizer of the action
1.1 The organizer of the promotion "Win a romantic holiday on Valentine's Day at the Obereg villa in Skhidnytsia near the spring!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is the website pokupon.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Participation in the Promotion
2.1 Participants of the Promotion may be adult citizens of Ukraine who have fulfilled the terms and conditions of this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participants of the Promotion).
2.2. The following persons are not recognized as Participants and have no right to take part in the Promotion:
1) employees of the Organizer of the Promotion;
2) spouses, close relatives (child, brother, sister, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother) of the persons listed in paragraph 1 of this section;
3) persons who were under 18 years of age at the time of the Promotion.
4) persons with limited legal capacity and incapacitated persons, as well as persons who are not citizens of Ukraine;
5) persons who do not meet the conditions or do not comply with the conditions of these Rules.
3. Territory and period of the Promotion
3.1 The promotion takes place on the territory of Ukraine.
3.2 The Promotion period is from 10.12.2025 to 3.02.2026 inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. Conditions of participation in the Promotion
4.1 To participate in the Promotion, you must do the following during the Promotion period:
4.1.1. Purchase a Promo Code for a 1 UAH discount on the website for use in any category (except "Tourism") on Pokupon.ua from December 10, 2025, to February 3, 2026, worth 20 UAH. This code allows you to participate in the Promotion and win a gift.
4.1.2. Every additional purchase using Pokupon during the promotional period increases your chances of winning!
5. Gift and determination of the winner of the Promotion.
5.1. The gift in this Promotion is the opportunity to purchase a service for 1.00 UAH. The gift is a Valentine's Day vacation at the Obereg villa in Skhidnytsia near the spring!
5.2. The winner will be determined on February 4, 2026, by random computer selection, which will be conducted online at http://www.random.org in the presence of the Organizer's Commission. The results of the Promotion winner will be available on the official Pokupon Facebook page.
5.3. Replacing a gift with a monetary equivalent is not permitted.
5.4. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant’s use of the gift after receiving it.
5.5. If, within 2 calendar days from the moment the winner of the Promotion receives a message about the possibility of receiving a gift, the winner of the Promotion does not contact the Organizer of the Promotion to receive the gift, such winner of the Promotion will forfeit the right to receive the gift.
5.6. The results of the Promotion are final and not subject to appeal.
5.7. Promo codes for a 1 UAH discount on the website in any category (except for the "Tourism" category) are non-refundable.
6. Conditions for receiving a gift.
6.1. The winner of the Promotion will be notified of the win and receipt of the gift within two hours after the drawing by telephone and/or by email (to the contact number and/or email specified in the profile during registration).
6.2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, the gift will remain without the winner.
7. Responsibility.
7.1. The Organizer’s liability does not extend beyond the value and quantity of the gift specified in these Rules.
7.2. The Organizer shall not be liable in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military action of any nature, blockades, significant changes in the legislation in force in the territory where the Promotion is being held, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.
7.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the further use of the gift provided by the winner of the Promotion after its receipt, or for the inability of the winner to use the gift provided for any reason.
7.4. The Organizer will not enter into any disputes regarding the recognition of any persons as Participants in the Promotion or their rights to purchase a gift at the promotional price. The Organizer is not responsible for determining the rights of the parties in any disputes.
7.5. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a prize to a winner if such winner has failed to comply with other terms of these Rules. In this case, such a winner is not entitled to receive any compensation from the Organizer.
8. Information.
8.1. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant thereby confirms their consent to the use of the information provided by the Organizer for marketing and / or any other purpose, including the processing of their personal data, in methods that do not violate the current legislation of Ukraine (including by transferring to third parties), in particular, the free use of their name, surname, photograph, interview or other materials about them for advertising / marketing purposes, including the right to publish (including their name and photograph) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media, in the event of receiving a gift, as well as for sending information, messages (including advertising), etc., without any restrictions on the territory, time and method of use, and such use will not be reimbursed in any way by the Organizer of the Promotion.
8.2. The provision of such consent is also considered within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
9. Other conditions
9.1. Participants of the Promotion are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
9.2. Substitution of a gift for any other benefits or gifts is not permitted.
9.3. Should any situation arise that allows for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to resolve such issues. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
9.4. The Organizer ensures that the winner of the Promotion is determined objectively and impartially.
9.5. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they have read these Promotion Rules and fully and unconditionally agree to them. Any violation of these Rules by the Participant or their refusal to properly comply with these Rules (including the mechanics, procedure, and timing of the Promotion and/or receipt of a gift, etc.) shall be deemed a refusal by the Participant to participate in the Promotion and to receive a gift, and such person shall not be entitled to receive any compensation from the Promotion Organizer.
