IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Duration of visit - up to 2 hours.
• During a power outage, services are provided as usual - the complex is equipped with a generator.
• During an air raid alarm, the complex operates in normal mode.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, please check availability for your desired date and time. Advance registration is required.
• During shooting, pneumatic weapons are used.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a certificate in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a visit but do not arrive at the appointed time and do not provide 24-hour notice of cancellation, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services, and the visit is considered completed.
