IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One customer can use no more than 4 coupons.
• Pre-registration is required.
• You must have an identity document with you: a passport or a driver's license.
• People under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to rent.
• One jet ski is issued per person.
• Driving mode is training.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• To receive a discount, you must provide a coupon in electronic form.
• Please provide the last digit of the coupon (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided and the coupon is non-refundable.
• If you signed up for a rental but fail to show up at the appointed time, fail to notify us 24 hours in advance of your change of plans, or are more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the ride is considered completed.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. To refund the cost of the Information Service, the User provides Покупон with the Seller's confirmation (in any form) that the Seller refused to transfer the Goods to the User on Special Conditions.
