IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and older.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, check availability for your desired date and time.
• The clinic operates under a license to practice medicine, in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
• The duration of the consultation is 15 minutes, the duration of 1 kinesitherapy session is 40-45 minutes.

• If a client has made an appointment but fails to show up at the appointed time and fails to notify them of a change in their plans 12 hours in advance, or is more than 15 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service.
