The certificate cannot be returned or refunded after its expiry date

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• In the event of a power outage, services are provided as usual - the recreation center is equipped with a generator.
• This offer is valid only on weekdays (please call for more information on weekends).
• Before purchasing a certificate, please pre-book your preferred arrival date and room number using the phone number listed in the contact information.
• After purchasing the certificate, confirm your reservation by phone and send your full name and certificate number (without the last digit) by email.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only upon check-in. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• It is possible to combine certificates (nights must be added together).
• Upon check-in, you must present the certificate in electronic form.
• In case of early termination of the holiday at the request of the guests, funds for unused days will not be refunded.
• The certificate can be returned if you cancel your reservation by phone at the number specified in the promotion, no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
