• When making an appointment, you must notify the clinic administrator about the presence of a certificate and present it before the appointment.
• The medical center operates under a license to carry out medical activities in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• If you have made an appointment but do not arrive at the specified time, do not notify us 12 hours in advance of your change of plans, or are more than 30 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse discounted services and the appointment is considered cancelled.
