• The offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and over.
• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check availability for your desired date and time.
• When making an appointment (examination), you must notify the clinic administrator about the availability of the certificate and present it before the appointment (examination) begins.
• The clinic operates under a license to practice medicine in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

• To receive a discount, you must present the certificate in electronic form before the start of the appointment.
• Please provide the last digit of the certificate (the activation code) only when receiving the service. Once activated, the service is considered provided, and the certificate is non-refundable.
• If you have booked a procedure but do not arrive at the specified time and do not provide 12 hours' notice of cancellation, or are more than 30 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse the discounted service, and the session is considered completed.
