Berezhnyi Winery is a family farm located on its own plot of 5 hectares. The Berezhnyi family is engaged in growing grapes and making products from it (juice, wine, grapes).
The winery has a license for winemaking activities and is perhaps one of the few that makes wine exclusively from Ukrainian grape varieties with maceration periods from 2 weeks to 6 months. The predominant varieties that grow in the vineyard are Livadiyskiy Cherniy, Gurzufskiy Rozivskiy, Golubok, Krasavets, Citronniy Magarach. The wines are aged in barrels of the Ukrainian company "OLPOL", which makes oak barrels using French technology from split oak staves of the highest quality, which are dried in the open air from 1.5 to 2 years to concentrate in it the full potential of tastes and aromas.
A tour of the Berezhnyi Winery will allow you to immerse yourself in the world of winemaking and viticulture. You will be able to hear not only the personal story of the creation of the Berezhnyi vineyard and winery, but also touch the family technology of creating concentrated, polyphenol-rich Berezhnyi wines. You will also taste from 3 to 5 varieties of wine (to which you will certainly be offered delicious cheeses and crackers), and, if available, home-made (they make for themselves) grape vodka (chacha, grappa), or brandy (cognac) aged in an oak barrel.

- A tour of the winery - an introduction to the technology of aging wine on the skins for up to 6 months.
- Tasting of 5 types of signature wine from Ukrainian grape varieties - Livadiyskiy black, Gurzufskiy pink, Golubok, Krasavets, Citronny Magarach (wine aged in Ukrainian barrels OLPOL - with split oak staves using French technology).
- For each glass of wine - appropriately selected snacks, those that are most liked (cheeses, meat snacks, fruits, crackers).
- A personal tour from the owner-winemaker! You will learn how the vineyard appeared after the evacuation from the Kherson region, and how one of the most Ukrainian wines was born out of love for the business.

Berezhnyi Winery is a family winery and vineyard in the village of Litvinovka in the Kyiv region, created by the Berezhnyi family after evacuation from the Kherson region. On their own plot of 5 hectares, the family grows mainly Ukrainian grape varieties: Livadiyskiy Cherny, Gurzufskiy Rozivskiy, Golubok, Krasavets, Citronny Magarach. The wines are made using the author's technology with maceration for up to 6 months, which ensures a high content of polyphenols and resveratrol.
