IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• The offer is valid for clients aged 12 years and over.
• One customer can personally use only one coupon.
• Before purchasing a coupon, check the availability of seats for the desired date and time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must provide a coupon in electronic form.
• The last digit of the coupon (activation code) is called only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the coupon is not refundable.
• If you signed up for classes but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or were late for more than 10 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount and the class is considered completed.
• The climbs are carried out under the supervision of an instructor.
• Duration of 1 lesson is 60 minutes.

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
