IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• One client can personally use only one certificate.
• The customer automatically gives his consent to the use of finished materials by the photographer.
• Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to check the availability of places for the desired date and time. Pre-booking of the date and time of the photo studio is required.
• Calls and photo session bookings are accepted from 12:00 to 23:00.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
• The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
• If you signed up for a photo shoot, but did not show up at the specified time and did not notify about the cancellation of the visit 72 hours in advance, and were late for more than 15 minutes, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the photo shoot is considered completed, re-booking for the shoot is paid additionally.
• The deadline for receiving the finished material (sources) is within 10 days.
• Readiness of retouching material - up to 14 days (the client chooses the photo for processing independently).

• Refunds for Information Services are carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for in Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
