IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
- The offer is valid only for new clients (a new client is considered to be a person who has not visited the fitness center for more than 1 year).
- You must activate the certificate by attending the first lesson during the certificate's validity period.
- Validity of certificates after activation:
- 8 and 12 visits – 30 calendar days from the date of the first visit.
- Once activated and expired, certificates cannot be exchanged or returned.
- One client can personally use only one certificate.
- Before purchasing a certificate, be sure to sign up for scheduled group classes.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Discounts on certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- To receive a discount, you must present a certificate in electronic form.
- The last digit of the certificate (activation code) should be given only when receiving the service. After activation, the service is considered provided and the certificate is not subject to return.
- If you have signed up for a class but do not show up at the specified time and do not notify about the cancellation of the visit 24 hours in advance, or are more than 10 minutes late, the administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services at a discount, and the class is considered completed.
- A swimming cap and non-slip changeable shoes are required to visit the pool.
- Before and after swimming, you must take a shower.
The pool of the Volna fitness club is a large, clean and one of the warmest pools in Kharkiv with a temperature of 27-28 degrees and a round-the-clock disinfection and water filtration system. The area of the pool 25*19 sq.m is capable to satisfy requirements of all visitors.
When visiting the swimming pool of the Volna fitness club, you will find yourself in a relaxation and recreation area. For all clients are offered: an equipped summer playground with sun loungers for chocolate tanning, water slides, hydromassage installations. Small children can swim in a separate children's pool, which is equipped for children from 3 months to 4 years. There is also a gym, tennis courts, soccer fields, a squash court and a beauty salon. Professional trainers will instruct and teach you how to work with the equipment of the center.
